Program Overview
To maintain our ethical environment, we have a number of programs in place to ensure our directors, officers and employees know what to expect, as well as what is expected. One such initiative is the Brunswick Ethics Program.
A key component of our Ethics program is Making the Right Choice: The Brunswick Guide to Conduct in the Workplace, which helps guide our everyday actions and decisions. Available in 13 languages, the Guide highlights the Company’s code of ethics and informs employees about their duty to comply with the policies, laws and regulations that apply to Brunswick.

To supplement the Guide, we have appointed Ethics Counselors at all Brunswick locations to answer employees’ questions and concerns and have established 26 toll-free Ethics Help Lines.
