Program Overview
To maintain our ethical environment, we have a number of programs in place to ensure our directors, officers and employees know what to expect, as well as what is expected. One such initiative is the Brunswick Ethics Program.
A key component of our Ethics program is Making the Right Choice: The Brunswick Guide to Conduct in the Workplace, which helps guide our everyday actions and decisions. Available in 13 languages, the Guide highlights Brunswick’s code of ethics and informs employees about their duty to comply with the policies, laws and regulations that apply to Brunswick. In addition, Brunswick has established a reporting procedure that allows for reports to be submitted (with the option for reporter to remain anonymous) through a web-based system or toll-free Helpline number (available in 26 countries) through a third party administrator.
