Chatfield Named Brunswick VP and General Counsel
LAKE FOREST, Ill., July 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Brunswick Corporation
(NYSE: BC) announced today that Lloyd C. Chatfield II has been named vice
president, general counsel and secretary reporting to Brunswick Chairman and
Chief Executive Officer Dustan E. McCoy.

Chatfield, 39, joined the company in 2000 and has held a number of
positions of increasing responsibility, including deputy general counsel and
managing director of mergers and acquisitions for Brunswick Corporation,
general counsel - Brunswick European Group, general counsel - Brunswick
Bowling & Billiards, and general counsel - US Marine Division.

Chatfield holds a bachelor's of arts from the University of Tampa, and a
