Brunswick Names Roll-Wallace Vice President - Audit
LAKE FOREST, Ill., July 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Brunswick Corporation
(NYSE: BC) announced today that Kimberly A. Roll-Wallace, 43, has joined the
company as vice president - audit. She will report to Peter G. Leemputte,
senior vice president and chief financial officer.
Roll-Wallace, who has more than 20 years of experience, will be
responsible for the internal audit function serving the corporate office, as
well as Brunswick's business units. In addition, she will manage the
relationship with Ernst & Young LLP, the company's external auditors. "We are
very pleased to have Kim join the Brunswick family," Leemputte noted. "Her
strong technical skills, deep work experience and abilities to partner with
our operations will help her play an important role in overseeing the
company's financial compliance activities."
Before joining Brunswick, Roll-Wallace was senior vice president, general
auditor for Conseco, Inc., with offices in Chicago and Carmel, Ind. She also
served as the Sarbanes-Oxley practice leader at The Johnsson Group and held a
number of audit and financial positions with increasing responsibilities at
Abbott Laboratories, Price Waterhouse and Arthur Andersen earlier in her
career. A CPA, Roll-Wallace holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting
from Purdue University.
