Mercury University to hold Service CSI Workshops

FOND DU LAC, Wis. – Starting in November, Mercury University will conduct multiple workshops to help dealerships increase their Service Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.

The Service CSI Workshops are designed to assist authorized Mercury dealers to better understand Mercury's Service CSI program. The workshops will include interactive group discussions and activities on how to improve a dealer's Mercury Service CSI score by increasing the service satisfaction of customers.

These workshops are primarily aimed at dealer executives, managers and front-line employees; however, all service employees can benefit from the material presented in this course.

Some of the topics scheduled for inclusion in the workshops are the benefits of Service CSI, ways to get the most out of Service CSI reports, best practices to improve Service CSI scores, improving customer service satisfaction and manager and employee involvement.
