FOND DU LAC, Wis. – Starting in November, Mercury University will conduct
multiple workshops to help dealerships increase their Service Customer
Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
The Service CSI Workshops are designed to assist authorized Mercury dealers
to better understand Mercury's Service CSI program. The workshops will
include interactive group discussions and activities on how to improve a
dealer's Mercury Service CSI score by increasing the service satisfaction of
customers.
These workshops are primarily aimed at dealer executives, managers and
front-line employees; however, all service employees can benefit from the
material presented in this course.
Some of the topics scheduled for inclusion in the workshops are the benefits
of Service CSI, ways to get the most out of Service CSI reports, best
practices to improve Service CSI scores, improving customer service
satisfaction and manager and employee involvement.
