Laurent Autier Joins the Brunswick Outboard Boat Group As the Director of Sales and Development for the EMEA Division
EDGEWATER, Fla., May 23, 2008 – Boston Whaler®, manufacturer of the Unsinkable Legend™, announced today that Laurent Autier joined the Brunswick Outboard Boat Group as the director of sales and business development for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Among Autier's responsibilities are managing sales and distribution of Boston Whaler boats, a business unit of Brunswick's Outboard Boat Group. Autier will report to George Armendariz, vice president and general manager of Boat Products for Brunswick Marine Europe and will be located in Brussels, Belgium.
Autier comes from France where he worked most recently for Zodiac® inflatables. He has also worked in the electronic industry and banking sectors in various European counties as well as the Pacific. Autier earned his degree from Marseille Business School in International Marketing with MBA exchange programs in Spain, Deusto Universidad and Denmark, Aarhus University. He, his wife Adriana and their 8 month old son Diego reside in Waterloo near Belgium.
