Stephen Coultate Joins Sealine International As Managing Director
KIDDERMINSTER, United Kingdom, April 24, 2006 – Sealine International announced today that Stephen Coultate, 48, has joined the Company as managing director. He will succeed Richard C. Stone, who became president of Sea Ray Boats in February. Coultate will report to Victoria J. Reich, president – Brunswick European Group.
In this role, Coultate will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure that Sealine furthers its pre-eminent position in the marine industry as well as its reputation for superior quality, innovative features and distinctive styling.

Coultate most recently served as manufacturing director for Land Rover, Solihull, where he spearheaded successful initiatives in support of operational excellence and financial discipline. Prior to that, Coultate held various positions of increasing responsibility at Jaguar for over 15 years.

Coultate started his career as an apprentice in the Royal Ordnance Factories (ROF) Group and was initially based in the Leeds factory – home of the Challenger main battle tank. He served in a number of manufacturing and engineering management positions.
In his spare time, Coultate supports the Manchester City Football Club, is a keen cook and gardener, and keeps fit by running.
Coultate holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Bristol University, United Kingdom, and an MBA from Warwick University, United Kingdom.
