Sea Pro Introduces the Redesigned SV2100CC
NEWBERRY, S.C., Feb. 15, 2007 – The newly redesigned Sea Pro® SV2100CC, showcased at the 2007 Miami International Boat Show, offers upgraded features along with many high quality touches. With a length overall of 21 feet 8 inches, an 8-foot 6-inch beam, and the ample standard power of a Mercury®150 XL Verado®, this bay boat is and ready to fish. Some of its upgraded features include the diamond non-skid deck, three-spoke stainless steel steering wheel with turning knob, and redesigned upholstery and cushions. Like all Sea Pro boats, the SV2100CC is built using wood-free, no-rot construction with a fiberglass stringer system and is backed by a 10-year transferable hull warranty.
The large bow casting platform provides ample space for fishing and features diamond non-skid deck for sure footing. A dedicated anchor locker now offers a latch that has been added for easy access as well as safety. The bow also boasts two insulated fishboxes with overboard drains and plenty of space to store the day's catch. The center located fishbox of these two has an additional feature with a newly added gas shock on the lid for easy access. Located starboard is a rod storage locker that can hold up to four rods securely in place. Located forward of the console is a 15-gallon livewell which, when closed, also provides convenient seating.
In addition to the two gunnel mounted rod holders, there are six vertical rod holders located in the console. The silver accent band on the windscreen provides the console with added styling. The large flush mounted electronics area has ample space for a fishfinder or GPS. There is a deluxe instrument panel and standard compass that allows the captain to operate the boat with ease. Boaters can choose to add an optional bimini top or optional t-top with a J-net, rocket launchers, and an electronics box. A lockable compartment offers safe storage for valuable items. When running, boaters also have a convenient place for items such as a cell phone or wallet thanks to the addition of a console storage tray. Other standard features of the console include a three-spoke cast stainless steel steering wheel with turning knob, four stainless steel drink holders, grab rail, and a 12-volt outlet.
Aft of the console is a 28-gallon livewell located on centerline that is now equipped with a gas shock on the lid, a dedicated battery storage compartment and insulated fishbox with overboard drain. This aft fishbox can be converted to a third livewell with an optional pump. There is a large rear casting platform as well that enhances the convenient fishability of the SV2100CC. For the serious fisherman optional recessed rod boxes offer additional rod storage.
Seating is plentiful aboard the SV2100CC. The 94-quart reversible cooler seat can be used to store either drinks for a day out on the water or function as an additional place to store fish. Two forward jump seats with cushions come standard as well. If the boater desires additional seating a rear bench seat, leaning post with rocket launchers and three bow cushions are all offered as options. All upholstery on board the SV2100CC is made in-house at Sea Pro for the best fit as well as quality.
Additional standard features aboard the SV2100CC are Bay Star™ hydraulic steering, an automatic bilge pump, a dedicated anchor storage compartment, trolling motor panel, plug in bow and stern lights and cockpit courtesy lights.
Optional electronics include a choice of Humminbird® Matrix fishfinders, Raytheon® RAY48 radio, and a Clarion® radio and CD player that is satellite ready. There are two optional trolling motors, either the MotorGuide® Great White hand-controlled trolling motor or the saltwater wireless remote trolling motor. A choice of hull accent colors is available and makes the boat stand out on the water. Also available as options are dual battery switches, freshwater and raw water washdown systems, hydraulic trim tabs and tilt steering options.
