Life Fitness Introduces Circuit Series Transition Exercise System
Programming Enhancement Helps Engage Exercisers
SCHILLER PARK, Ill. (Oct. 11, 2007) – Life Fitness is making it easier for fitness facilities to provide an effective circuit-training program with its new Transition Exercise System for the 11 space-efficient strength-training machines of Circuit Series. This system features 40 easy-to-understand placards that slide into attractive stands and make programming simple for instructors to integrate and for exercisers to use.
“Many of our customers have told us that circuit training is an attractive selling tool when recruiting new users,” said Bob Quast, vice president of product management for Life Fitness. “Our new Transition Exercise Kits provide a thorough combination of flexible tools to engage these new exercisers in circuit training and keep regulars coming back for more.”
The Transition Exercise System features four distinct training programs including Strength & Cardio, Strength & Cardio Step, Strength & Stretch and Strength Plus to help participants reach their particular fitness goals. Plus, instructors have the ability to mix and match the placards to offer exercisers an endless number of workout combinations.
“This simple transition exercise solution is the perfect complement to the Circuit Series with its user-friendly design, patented resistance system and superior biomechanics,” Quast said. “It's a very time-efficient way to get a total-body workout.”
