Ayles Named General Manager of Brunswick Zone XL - Lakeville
LAKEVILLE, Minn. (July 7, 2008) – Steve Ayles has been appointed general manager of Brunswick Zone XL in Lakeville, Minn., the new state-of-the-art bowling and entertainment center scheduled to open this fall at 16079 Buck Hill Road in Lakeville.
Ayles’ responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations, including managing its more than 100 employees, as well as growing business for the 57,000 square-foot facility.
“I am thrilled to join the Brunswick family,” said Ayles. “Brunswick Zone XL will help drive the changing face of bowling, and I look forward to providing customers with the best experience possible.”
Ayles served in the Air Force for seven years, and then entered the restaurant and hospitality industry where he has been working for over 25 years. Prior to being appointed to this new position, Ayles served as director of operations at Carino’s Italian Grill, working with its 14 Colorado and Idaho locations. Ayles and his wife Paula and son will be relocating to the Lakeville area from Loveland, Colo.
Brunswick Zone XL in Lakeville is designed to meet the entertainment needs of families, friends, groups and businesses seeking to enjoy everything from children’s birthday parties, to casual bowling fun, to a place to celebrate a special occasion or hold a serious league competition. The facility will include 38 lanes of bowling, a fun-filled video game arcade, a laser tag arena, Brunswick billiards room, large screen TVs, spacious meeting rooms and a smoke-free bowling environment.
