Statement on Ukraine Conflict

Brunswick and our brands are complying with the evolving sanctions and have stopped all shipments to Russia, Crimea, the separatist provinces of Donetsk and Luhansk, and Belarus. Brunswick does not operate any manufacturing, engineering or technology development activities in Russia. Our thoughts are with the people of Ukraine and with our employees and channel partners who have family and friends in Ukraine. To that end, we have made contributions to a number of humanitarian efforts and many of our global employees are providing various forms of support to Ukrainian refugees.
