David M. Foulkes was appointed Brunswick's chief executive officer and non-independent director in January 2019.

Mr. Foulkes had served as president – Brunswick marine consumer solutions, as well as retaining his role as Brunswick’s chief technology officer (CTO).

In that most recent position, Mr. Foulkes had responsibility for the Brunswick Boat Group, NAUTIC-ON, Brunswick Marine Services, the Brunswick i-JET Innovation Lab at the University of Illinois Research Park, and Brunswick's Advanced Design Methods.

Mr. Foulkes joined Brunswick in 2007 and for ten years he was head of product development at Mercury Marine, during which time he led the development of Mercury's line-up of market-leading outboard engines, including the recently introduced V-6 and V-8 outboard engines and advanced vessel controls, as well as the new MerCruiser gasoline and diesel inboard/sterndrive engines.

Since 2012, Mr. Foulkes also has had responsibility for Mercury Racing, and for the past five years worked closely with the Mercury Racing leadership team to significantly grow the business and introduce an unprecedented range of new high-performance Racing outboard and sterndrive products.

In his role as Brunswick’s CTO, Mr. Foulkes has overseen the launch of NAUTIC-ON and Brunswick's i-JET Innovation Lab at the University of Illinois. He also championed the effort to form Brunswick's joint-venture with TechNexus to develop a portfolio of investments in start-up companies, and a separate effort to introduce a new Design Thinking initiative to the Company.

Previously, Mr. Foulkes had spent 18 years with Ford Motor Company in a series of assignments of progressing responsibilities. He previously had also worked with Shell Exploration and the Ministry of Defense, both in the United Kingdom. He has a bachelor’s degree in aeronautics and a master’s degree in structural and fluid mechanics from Imperial College in London. Mr. Foulkes serves as a trustee for Shedd Aquarium and is a Director on the Board of Vontier.

Ryan M. Gwillim serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. He most recently was vice president – finance and treasurer, assuming those duties in June 2019.  Since September 2017, Mr. Gwillim had been vice president – investor relations.

Mr. Gwillim joined Brunswick’s legal team as corporate counsel in 2011 and became assistant general counsel – corporate and securities, where he was responsible for the Company’s SEC compliance and financial reporting processes, a year later. He was named associate general counsel - international in 2015.

Mr. Gwillim, who is also a certified public accountant, attended the University of Illinois, where he received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting as well as his law degree. Before joining Brunswick, Mr. Gwillim was with Baker & McKenzie in Chicago as an associate in their corporate and securities practice group.

John G. Buelow serves as executive vice president and president of Mercury Marine, based in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, a position he has held since February 2023.  He was most recently vice president of Mercury Global Operations and has almost 20 years of experience at Brunswick.

Mr. Buelow joined Mercury Marine in 2004 and during the first six years of his Brunswick career held a variety of positions in Finance, including Vice President and CFO of Brunswick Marine in EMEA and Asia-Pacific.  From 2010 until 2023, Mr. Buelow held several leadership roles at Mercury’s global headquarters in Fond du Lac including: Vice President, Business Development; Vice President and General Manager, Mercury Castings; Vice President, Category Management & Strategic Planning; and for close to five years, Vice President, Global Operations. 

During his tenure as head of Global Operations, Mr. Buelow was integral to planning and executing many significant enhancements and expansions of Mercury’s manufacturing and distribution facilities, and to the launch of Mercury’s recent award-winning products including the 600hp V12 Verado outboard, the new V10 Verado outboards, and the Avator electric outboard family. 

Mr. Buelow earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Aine L. Denari serves as executive vice president and president of the Brunswick Boat Group, a position she has held since October 2020.

Ms. Denari joined Brunswick after spending 20 years in a variety of executive positions within the automotive industry, and in leadership positions at major global consulting firms. From 2014-2020, Ms. Denari worked at ZF  AG in a variety of roles, including the final 3 years as SVP leading the ADAS (advanced driver assist systems) business, a $1B+ segment within Global Electronics. In her current role, she is responsible for the largest boat portfolio in the recreational marine industry with many of the leading U.S. and international brands.

Ms. Denari has a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a master’s degree in engineering management from the University of Detroit Mercy and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University. In addition, Ms. Denari has a bachelor's degree from University College in Dublin, Ireland. Ms. Denari serves as a non-executive Board Director of Masco Corporation, NMMA Executive Board and a Member of a Technical Advisory Committee for Gentherm.

Brett A. Dibkey serves as executive vice president and president of the Navico Group, a position he has held since January 2020.

Mr. Dibkey joined Brunswick following 12 years at Whirlpool Corporation where he was most recently vice president and general manager, Business Units, Brand Marketing, eCommerce and IoT. At Whirlpool, he had business responsibility for the company’s parts and accessories business along with full P&L responsibilities for a portfolio of strategic, high-growth businesses. In addition, he served as the head of brand marketing across the company’s brand portfolio. Prior to his career at Whirlpool, he worked in a variety of business development and strategic planning roles for Pfizer and Crowe Horwath, LLP.

Mr. Dibkey graduated from Butler University with a degree in finance and accounting and earned his Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

Brenna Preisser is the Executive Vice President, President, Business Acceleration – a division of Brunswick focused on expanding marine participation through boater services and shared access models. 

Ms. Preisser leads a portfolio of businesses including Freedom Boat Club - the largest national boat club operation in the industry, financial services, and new ventures such as Boateka, a direct-to-consumer pre-owned boat refurbishment and sales business and All Blue Planet, an enterprise social sustainability initiative to extend recreational water access.  In 2022, Business Acceleration acquired J&R Marine, enhancing its portfolio of boater services with the addition of several marinas and dealerships in the southeast.

In her capacity as strategy officer, Ms. Preisser leads business transformation which includes identifying new growth laneways and platforms for business model innovation.  

Since joining the company in 2004, Ms. Preisser has been in charge of reforming company culture and evolving the business operating model.  She was elected Brunswick’s vice president and chief human resources officer effective March 31, 2016 through December 7, 2021 where she established Brunswick as a Forbes best place to work company.  

Ms. Preisser has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University in Athens, and a Masters of Business Administration from Ashland University in Ashland, Ohio.

Michael D. Adams was named vice president - chief information officer in October 2020. In this role, he is responsible for leading and overseeing the vision, strategy and operations of Brunswick’s IT organization. In addition, he provides strategic leadership and direction for Brunswick and its business units while delivering technology solutions that will continue to drive innovation and operational excellence throughout the organization.

Mr. Adams held various leadership roles since joining the company including Chief Architect, interim Chief Information Security Officer, Vice President of Infrastructure, Cloud, and Operations and, most recently, Divisional CIO for Business Acceleration. In addition, he is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt who will continue to transform Brunswick’s digital capability globally. 

Prior to joining Brunswick, Mr. Adams spent 15 years at DuPont in various leadership roles in Global Infrastructure and Data Transformation. Adams earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and Bachelor of Science from William & Mary and his Master of Business Administration, specializing in international business and global management, from Drexel University.

Randall S. Altman became senior vice president – controller a position he has held since June 2019. Previously, he had been vice president – treasurer since March 2013. Mr. Altman previously served as vice president and chief financial officer for Brunswick Bowling & Billiards, a position he held since 2006.

Mr. Altman joined Brunswick in 2003 as senior manager - finance, and later that year was promoted to director of that function.

Mr. Altman has both his bachelor’s degree in accounting and his Master of Business Administration from Michigan State University.

Lauren E. Beckstedt was named vice president - chief marketing officer for Brunswick Corporation in September 2021, overseeing marketing efforts across the Company’s portfolio of global brands.

Ms. Beckstedt is most notably recognized for her leadership in digital transformation across a portfolio of 50+ brands, with experience in B2B, B2C and dual-distribution models. She also transformed the Company’s marketing operating model and organizational structure to deliver stronger brand discipline and establish new capabilities in consumer insights, digital product management and marketing analytics.

Ms. Beckstedt joined the Company in 2010 through the former Brunswick division Life Fitness, where she served in several roles of increasing responsibility, including director of marketing and strategy. She later held internal roles within the Company’s talent management and employment brand functions before moving into chief marketing officer roles across Brunswick’s consumer brands and enterprise services.

Ms. Beckstedt holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Iowa and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. In 2021, she was recognized by Boating Industry Magazine as a “Top 40 Under 40” award recipient and also earned the publication’s “Women Making Waves” award.

Jeffry K. Behan was named vice president - corporate strategy of Brunswick in May 2015. He has been with the Company since 1991, joining Mercury Marine as a market research analyst.

Mr. Behan held several positions of increasing responsibility at Mercury before becoming general manager of the company’s parts and accessories business unit in 2002, gaining a strong knowledge of its products, channels and consumers. In 2004, he moved to the Brunswick Boat Group where he was responsible for strategy, business planning and acquisitions. Mr. Behan recently added the newly created role of president of Aluminum Commercial Operations. During his time in the Boat Group, he also served as vice president - marine distribution, further strengthening Brunswick’s distribution networks, as well as president of the Bayliner and Trophy boats.

Neha J. Clark was named Senior Vice President, Enterprise Finance of Brunswick Corporation in May 2022, overseeing the Company’s global investor relations, treasury, and mergers & acquisitions functions.  

Ms. Clark joined Brunswick in March 2019 as Chief Financial Officer for Brunswick Boat Group and expanded her role to also include Vice President of Strategy. She also served as the interim president for Brunswick Boat Group prior to Aine Denari joining the company.  

Prior to Brunswick, Ms. Clark spent over 20 years in a variety of leadership positions across industries, including Chief Financial Officer for Lifeway Foods and Chief Financial Officer – North American Food & Consumer Flexibles for Transcontinental (formerly Coveris Packaging). Previous to this, she held finance and leadership roles with Kraft Heinz Co. and Grant Thornton. 

Ms. Clark is currently a member of the Board of Directors for MGP Ingredients. She is a Certified Public Accountant and received a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Indiana University.

Chris Dekker is Brunswick’s executive vice president, general counsel and chief compliance officer, roles he has held since 2014. He leads the team providing legal services to the Brunswick enterprise, and is also responsible for enterprise ethics, compliance, and environmental, health and safety functions. Since 2021, he has been leading the enterprise sustainability team.

Mr. Dekker also serves as the corporate secretary and works with the company’s board of directors and management regarding securities and governance matters. Before his appointment as general counsel in 2014, he served as associate general counsel responsible for litigation, employment, and compliance matters. He joined the Company in 2010.

Before joining Brunswick, Mr. Dekker was employed in the law department at Caterpillar Inc. beginning in 2001 and served in a variety of roles.  Before joining Caterpillar, he was a partner at the Chicago law firm now known as Dykema Gossett. 

Mr. Dekker earned his BA degree in English from the University of Michigan and his JD from DePaul University College of Law.

Lee B. Gordon was named vice president - corporate communications, public affairs and global public relations of Brunswick Corporation in October 2020.

Mr. Gordon is responsible for all global communications, public affairs, public relations, and media relations for Brunswick Corporation and its divisions including Brunswick Corporate, Mercury Marine, Brunswick Boat Group, Advanced Systems Group and Business Acceleration. In addition, Mr. Gordon has accountability for directing media relations, financial communications, government and community relations, enterprise internal communications and crisis communications for the Company and its brands.

Mr. Gordon joined Brunswick Corporation’s Mercury Marine division in 2014 as director of global public relations. Prior to working at Brunswick, Mr. Gordon had a 15-year career as an Emmy-nominated television news and sports anchor for CBS and FOX as well as a sideline reporter for the NFL on FOX and ESPN Radio. During his career, Mr. Gordon won 25 Associated Press awards while covering some of the world’s biggest events such as Hurricane Katrina, 9/11, and multiple Super Bowls.

Mr. Gordon is a member of the Advisory Board of Directors for Lurie’s Children’s Hospital in Chicago and has a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Illinois State University and a Master of Business Administration from Florida State University.

Jill M. Wrobel was named executive vice president and chief human resources officer in December 2021.

Ms. Wrobel joined Brunswick in December 2020 as vice president, enterprise human resources and transformation leader. In her current role, she has been responsible for leading human resources strategy across the Company and partnering with senior leadership to develop organizational design and talent strategies to enhance Brunswick’s performance and capability. In her new role, Ms. Wrobel will have responsibility for all aspects of the human resource function.

Ms. Wrobel joined the Company after spending eight years in a variety of executive human resources positions within Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc., most recently as group vice president, global HR business strategy and HR M&A integration, where she played a key leadership role in many of the company’s M&A transactions. Previously, she served in several roles of increasing responsibility with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Wrobel is currently a member of the Board of Directors at the Melanoma Research Foundation.

Nancy E. Cooper was named non-executive board chair of Brunswick Corporation in November 2020.

As the former executive vice president and chief financial officer of CA Technologies (now a Broadcom company), Ms. Cooper brings financial acumen and technology experience to the Brunswick Board of Directors. Ms. Cooper’s extensive experience as chief financial officer and her other financial leadership roles for several companies, as well as her service on the audit committees of other public companies, assists the Board in several areas including finance, internal control and audit matters.

Ms. Cooper served as the executive vice president and chief financial officer of CA Technologies, Inc. from 2006 to 2011, which was one of the largest independent software corporations in the world. She was also the chief financial officer of IMS Health, Inc., a global information and technology services company, from 2001 to 2006. Presently, she serves as the director of Guardian Life Insurance Company of America and Aptiv PLC. She previously served as director of The Mosaic Company and Teradata Corporation.

David C. Everitt joined the Brunswick Board of Directors in September 2012.

As the former president of Deere & Company’s largest division, Mr. Everitt brings his engineering experience, global expertise, and extensive knowledge of dealer and distribution issues to our Board. He also provides crucial operations, manufacturing and marketing experience.

From 2009 to 2012, Mr. Everitt served as the president, agricultural and turf division—North America, Asia, Australia, Sub-Saharan, and South Africa, and Global Tractor and Turf Products of Deere & Company, the world’s largest manufacturer of agricultural equipment and a major U.S. producer of construction, forestry, and lawn and grounds care equipment.

He also served as president, agricultural division—North America, Australia, Asia, and Global Tractor and Implement Sourcing from 2006 to 2009. From 2001 to 2006 he was president, agricultural division—Europe, Africa, South America, and Global Harvesting Equipment Sourcing.

Presently he serves as a director for Allison Transmission Holdings, Inc., Corteva, Inc., and Harsco Corporation, and previously served as director of Nutrien Ltd. and Agrium Inc.

Reginald Fils-Aimé, former president and chief operating officer for Nintendo of America, Inc., joined the Brunswick Board of Directors in January 2021.

Mr. Fils-Aimé retired in 2019 following over 15 years at Nintendo of America, Inc., including 13 years as its President and COO. He also served as an executive officer for its parent company Nintendo Co., Ltd. For over 35 years, Mr. Fils-Aimé has transformed companies, revitalized brands and reshaped various industries. In addition to Nintendo, Mr. Fils-Aimé spent time as the Senior Vice President of Marketing for MTV Networks’ VH1 cable channel and held leadership roles at a variety of global companies such as Procter & Gamble and Pizza Hut. Mr. Fils-Aimé graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Management, and currently serves on the Cornell University Council.

Mr. Fils-Aime currently serves as chairman of UTA Acquisition Corp. and Spin Master Corporation and previously served as director of Game Stop Corporation.

Lauren P. Flaherty joined the Brunswick Board of Directors in December 2018.

Ms. Flaherty brings extensive experience and strategic planning skills to Brunswick's Board. As an experienced leader who has served a diverse profile of companies, from globally recognized technology leaders to high-growth Silicon Valley innovators, Ms. Flaherty's experience assists the Board in several areas including marketing, technology and global operations.  Ms. Flaherty served as the executive vice president and chief marketing officer at CA Technologies, a global developer of licensed enterprise software products and services, from 2013-2018, which was acquired by Broadcom in November 2018. Ms. Flaherty was the chief marketing officer and executive vice president at Juniper Networks, Inc. from 2009 to 2013 and was the chief marketing officer of Nortel Networks from 2006 to 2009. Prior to her CMO roles, Ms. Flaherty held various positions of increasing responsibility at IBM from 1980 to 2006 and also served as a senior advisor to McKinsey & Company.

Ms. Flaherty is a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and the Human Resources and Compensation Committee.  Ms. Flaherty currently serves on the Board of Trustees, IYRS School of Technology and Trades; Ms. Flaherty currently served on the Board of Xactly Corp.

Joseph W. McClanathan joined the Brunswick Board of Directors in July 2018.

As the former president and chief executive officer of a global leader in power solutions, Mr. McClanathan brings extensive expertise in manufacturing, sales and marketing, and international business operations to our Board. Mr. McClanathan also provides a unique insight into consumer solutions and will assist management and the Board with his significant experience with financial issues, human resources, executive compensation and strategic planning.

From 2004 to 2012, Mr. McClanathan served as president and chief executive officer for Household Products Division of Energizer Holdings, Inc., a leading manufacturer of primary batteries, portable flashlights, and lanterns.

From 1999 to 2004, he was president of North America, Energizer Holdings. He previously served in various leadership roles at Ralston Purina, prior to the Energizer spinoff, including vice president - chief technology officer of Eveready Battery Company, vice president - general manager of Energizer Power Systems, and director - trade marketing of Eveready Battery Company. He currently serves as a director for Leggett and Platt.

David V. Singer joined the Brunswick Board of Directors in December 2013.

As the former chief executive officer of a maker and global marketer of snack foods and through his director and public company audit committee roles, Mr. Singer brings extensive management and financial experience to our Board, as well as experience in the supply chain, manufacturing, logistics and distribution matters. Mr. Singer’s experience in corporate finance, governance and acquisitions is beneficial to the Board in several areas including oversight of external auditors and internal controls.

From 2010 to 2013, Mr. Singer served as chief executive officer of Snyder’s-Lance, Inc., a leading snack food company. He was president and chief executive officer of Lance, Inc. from 2005 to 2010 and held the titles of executive vice president and chief financial officer of Coca-Cola Bottling Company Consolidated from 2001 to 2005. J. Steven Whisler joined the Brunswick Board of Directors in October 2007.

As the former chairman and chief executive officer of a mining and manufacturing company with operations on several continents, Mr. Whisler has extensive experience with international business operations and regulatory compliance matters. Additionally, Mr. Whisler’s background enables him to provide strategic advice and guidance to our Company’s management and Board regarding finances, human resources and risk oversight matters.

From 2000 to 2007, Mr. Whisler served as chairman and chief executive officer of Phelps Dodge Corporation, a mining and manufacturing company. He was employed by Phelps Dodge Corporation and served in several positions since 1976, including president and chief operating officer. Mr. Whisler is a director of CSX Corporation. Previously, he served as a director of Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corporation, U.S. Airways Group, Inc. and International Paper.

Roger J. Wood joined the Brunswick Board of Directors in October 2012.

As the former co-chief executive officer of one of the world’s largest designers, manufacturers and marketers of ride performance and clean air products and systems, in addition to his previous experience, Mr. Wood brings substantial expertise regarding manufacturing, technology and customer solutions to Brunswick’s Board. Mr. Wood’s experience at Tenneco, Dana Holding Corporation and another Tier-1 automotive supplier, provide unique insight and significant knowledge to the Board in the areas of manufacturing operations, business management, global operations and strategic planning.

From July 2018 to January 2020, Mr. Wood served as co-chief executive officer of Tenneco Inc. From February to July 2018, he was chairman and chief executive officer of Fallbrook Technologies Inc., a privately held technology developer and manufacturer.

He served as president and chief executive officer of Dana Holding Corporation, a world leader in the supply of axles, driveshafts, off-highway transmissions, sealing, thermal-management products, and genuine service parts from 2011 to 2015.

From 2010 to 2011, Mr. Wood was the group president of BorgWarner, Inc., a worldwide automotive industry components and parts supplier. He was also the executive vice president of BorgWarner Inc. from 2009 to 2011 and president of BorgWarner Turbo Systems Inc. and BorgWarner Emissions Systems Inc. from 2005 to 2009. Presently, he is a director of PHINIA and Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Previously, he served as a director of Tenneco Inc. and Fallbrook Technologies Inc.

MaryAnn Wright joined the Brunswick Board of Directors in June 2021.

Ms. Wright is a successful executive with more than 30 years’ experience building high-performing teams and delivering outstanding results. She spent the first 18 years of her career at Ford Motor Company, where she held roles of increasing responsibility in finance, program management, engineering, product launch and assembly plant leadership, and as the director of Sustainable Mobility Technologies. She was also the chief engineer of the Ford Escape Hybrid, the industry’s first hybrid-electric SUV and the North American International Auto Show “2005 Truck of the Year.” Ms. Wright also led the launch of Ford’s first hydrogen-powered fuel cell fleet program. Ms. Wright was also the former group vice president of Global Engineering & Product Development, Power Solutions at Johnson Controls International,

Ms. Wright earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics and international business and a Master of Science in engineering at the University of Michigan. She earned her Master of Business Administration in finance from Wayne State University.

Ms. Wright serves as an independent director for Group1 Automotive Inc. (GPI), where she is also chair of the Governance and Corporate Responsibility committee and a member of the Compensation and Human Resources, and Finance and Risk Management committees. Ms. Wright currently is a director for Micron Technology (NASDAQ: MU) serving as chair of its Governance and Sustainability committee and on the Compensation committee.  Ms. Wright is also on the board of Solid Power (SLDP) and is a member of the Compensation and Nominating and Governance Committees.  Ms. Wright also previously served on the board for Delphi Technologies and Maxim Integrated.
