Brunswick offers employees a choice of medical plan options that includes access to a health savings account. All options provide flexibility to use any network provider of choice and include coverage for telehealth provider visits, access to a second opinion program, as well as consultation services. Brunswick provides fun, interactive wellness activities to help manage overall health and wellbeing through the Be Your Best Program. Additionally, employees enrolled in the Brunswick medical plan are eligible for One Pass Select, a subscription-based fitness membership that includes access to select fitness centers and other well-being networks designed to support a healthy lifestyle.

Brunswick’s medical plan covers a portion of the cost for a wide range of mental health and support services plus self-guided mental health resources. Our Employee Assistance Program provides 24/7 resources to confidentially assist employees with personal and family problems. Employees enrolled in the Brunswick medical plan also have access to Calm, an app dedicated to meditation and mindfulness.

Brunswick provides parental leave of 12 weeks for birthing mothers paid at 100%, which includes 2 weeks of paid parental leave. Upon returning to work, many facilities provide dedicated lactation rooms. Paid parental time off is also available to fathers and adoptive parents. In addition, Brunswick’s medical plans offer insurance coverage for prenatal care, newborn/neonatal care, fertility treatments and breastfeeding equipment. There is also financial assistance for some eligible adoption and surrogacy expenses.

For families with older children, children of employees may be eligible to apply for the Brunswick Foundation Sons and Daughters Scholarship.
