LAKE FOREST, Ill., May 4, 2016 - The board of directors of Brunswick Corporation
(NYSE: BC) today declared a regular quarterly dividend on its common stock of
$0.15 per share payable June 15, 2016, to shareholders of record on May
24, 2016.  In October 2015, Brunswick increased the dividend by 20 percent.
