Fond du Lac Facilities Engineering Team, Mercury Marine

The Fond du Lac, WI Facilities Engineering team was recognized for an energy efficiency upgrade at Plant 98 Foundry, installing a waste heat recovery system that reduces natural gas use, emissions and costs.

Lund Boats, Brunswick Boat Group

Lund Boats, Brunswick Boat Group

Lund Boats was honored for its wood-free decking initiative, replacing plywood with a recycled materials used across multiple models, reducing costs, improving durability and eliminating waste while repurposing 3.7 million water bottles annually.

Pelican Project Team, Mercury Marine and Navico Group

Pelican Project Team, Mercury Marine and Navico Group

A cross-functional Mercury Marine and Navico Group team was recognized for advancing Design for Sustainability, using lifecycle analysis to redesign packaging, reducing materials, improving logistics and lowering carbon footprint from 15.25 to 4.5 kg CO₂e per unit.
