Each year, Brunswick participates in National Safe Boating Week, the kickoff to the annual campaign led by the National Safe Boating Council. As part of its commitment to safety on and off the water, Brunswick promotes responsible boating practices through training programs, employee engagement, and initiatives such as Wear Your Life Jacket at Work Day.

Our 2025 employee-focused Sustainability Week took place in September, with volunteer teams from Brunswick locations across the globe. 300 employees participated, helping protect the environment and strengthen the communities where we live and work.
