Brunswick Corporation : Life Fitness Promotes Two Senior Managers

Jason Worthy to Lead Life Fitness U.K.; Kyle Millroy to Lead Distributor
                                    Business

SCHILLER PARK, Ill., May 14, 2013 - Life Fitness, global leader in commercial
fitness equipment manufacturing, announces two leadership promotions for its
U.K. and distributor businesses. Jason Worthy, a seasoned veteran in the fitness
industry, will assume the role of managing director for Life Fitness U.K. and
Kyle Millroy, operating out of the Life Fitness Benelux office, will now serve
as the managing director for the distributor business.

Worthy joined Life Fitness in April 2012 as the general manager for distributor
business in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. Millroy came to
Life Fitness in 2011 as senior account manager for distributor business before
being promoted to business development manager. Both Worthy and Millroy's
management acumen quickly moved them up the company's corporate leadership
ranks.

"Life Fitness has an exceptional talent base that drives us internationally.
These changes reflect the hard work of both team members and signal a renewed
commitment to the growing strength of the industry in both regions and
globally," said Frank van de Ven, vice president of international business for
Life Fitness.

Prior to his current role as managing director, Worthy developed lasting
relationships with distributors in more than 50 countries across the EMEA region
for Life Fitness and Hammer Strength. With more than a decade of experience with
some of the world's largest fitness brands, Worthy's prior experience spans Life
Fitness customers, including positions with LA Fitness and Fitness First, the
largest privately-owned health club group in the world. He was also head of
sales for an equipment supplier in the U.K. from 2003 to 2007. Worthy has a
bachelor of science degree in sport and exercise science from De Montfort
University in Leicester and a master's degree in human performance physiology
from Brunel University in London.

Millroy has played a key role in ensuring continuous growth and development of
distributor business strategies and visions in his recent years with Life
Fitness, having grown rapidly in his previous roles with the company. Having
worked in sales and leadership positions prior to joining Life Fitness,
Millroy's experience includes companies such as Diageo, Fosters Wine Estates and
International Marques. Millroy holds a bachelor of commerce degree in economics
and business development from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in Port
Elizabeth, South Africa.
