David M. Foulkes

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

David M. Foulkes is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Brunswick Corporation, the global leader in marine recreation. He has served as CEO since January 2019 and was elected Chairman of the Board in March 2025.

Since becoming CEO, Foulkes has led Brunswick’s transformation into a more technology-driven, innovation-focused enterprise, strengthening its portfolio of category-leading marine brands while positioning the company for sustained growth and resilience in a dynamic global environment. Under his leadership, Brunswick has earned widespread recognition for innovation, design, and performance, receiving more than 400 industry and business awards over the past four years, including recognition from Fast Company as one of the World’s Most Innovative Companies. Foulkes himself has been named to Crain’s Chicago Business “Who’s Who” for the past two consecutive years, reflecting his leadership influence within the broader business community.

Foulkes joined Brunswick in 2007 and has held a series of senior leadership roles across the organization. Prior to becoming CEO, he served as President of Brunswick Marine Consumer Solutions and as Chief Technology Officer, where he oversaw global product development, advanced engineering, and enterprise-wide innovation initiatives. Earlier in his tenure, he led product development at Mercury Marine for more than a decade and served as President of Mercury Racing, helping drive the development of industry-leading propulsion technologies that continue to shape the marine market.

Before joining Brunswick, Foulkes spent 18 years with Ford Motor Company in a variety of engineering and leadership roles, where he gained deep experience in product development, manufacturing, and global operations. He also held positions with Shell Exploration and the United Kingdom Ministry of Defence early in his career.

Foulkes currently serves on the Board of Directors of Brunswick Corporation and is a Director of Vontier Corporation.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering and a Master of Science in Structural and Fluid Mechanics from Imperial College London.

Ryan M. Gwillim

Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Strategy Officer

Ryan M. Gwillim joined Brunswick Corporation in 2011 and serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Strategy Officer.

During his tenure at Brunswick, Mr. Gwillim held roles as Vice President – Finance and Treasurer and Vice President – Investor Relations; Assistant General Counsel – Corporate and Securities, where he was responsible for the company’s SEC compliance and financial reporting processes. Mr. Gwillim was named General Counsel – International in 2015.

Before joining Brunswick, Mr. Gwillim was with Baker & McKenzie in Chicago as an associate in their corporate and securities practice group.

Mr. Gwillim, who is also a certified public accountant, attended the University of Illinois, where he received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting as well as his law degree.

Mr. Gwillim serves as a Director of Manitowac Corporation.

Lauren E. Beckstedt

Global Chief Marketing Officer

Lauren E. Beckstedt is Senior Vice President and Global Chief Marketing Officer for Brunswick Corporation, overseeing global marketing across the company’s portfolio of brands.

With experience spanning B2B, B2C and dual-distribution commercial strategy, Mrs. Beckstedt is recognized for leading marketing and digital customer experience transformation across global brand portfolios.

During her tenure with Brunswick, Mrs. Beckstedt has held leadership roles in four of the company’s business units, including positions in marketing, public relations, strategy and talent management. She later served as Chief Marketing Officer for three of Brunswick’s divisions before being named Enterprise CMO in 2021. In this role, she has modernized the company’s marketing organization, establishing enterprise capabilities in consumer insights, performance marketing, analytics and digital product management.

Mrs. Beckstedt is an active industry leader in marketing and digital transformation and serves on the North American Board of the Marketing + Media Alliance (MMA). Her recognitions include Orbie CMO Awards Top 5 Global Finalist (2025);  OnCon Icon Awards Top 100 Marketer (2023, 2022) and Boating Industry Magazine’s Women Making Waves and 40 Under 40 honors (2021). Mrs. Beckstedt holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Iowa and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Will A. Sangster

Senior Vice President and President, Business Acceleration

Will A. Sangster serves as Senior Vice President and President of Brunswick’s Business Acceleration division, where he is responsible for driving the continued growth of the company’s exciting portfolio of businesses.

Mr. Sangster was previously President of Mercury Marine in the EMEA region, a position he held since October 2021. His extensive operational and international experience, gained over 14 years in a variety of global leadership roles at Brunswick, positions him to lead the international expansion and operational optimization of Freedom Boat Club and other key ventures within the division.

Prior to his role in EMEA, Mr. Sangster headed Mercury Marine’s APAC (Australia, New Zealand, and Asia-Pacific) region, where he honed his leadership and strategic planning skills across diverse markets. His expertise will be instrumental as Business Acceleration continues to expand its global presence.

Mr. Sangster holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Deakin University.

Áine L. Denari

Executive Vice President and President, Navico Group and Brunswick Chief Technology Officer

Áine L. Denari joined Brunswick Corporation in 2020 and serves as Executive Vice President and President of Navico Group and Chief Technology Officer for Brunswick Corporation, a position she has held since August 2024.

Ms. Denari leads the next phase of evolution of the Navico Group and is responsible for Brunswick’s technology strategy and advanced development activities, including maintaining her leadership of autonomy programs and assuming responsibility for the Boating Intelligence DesignLab at the University of Illinois.

Ms. Denari was previously President, Brunswick Boat Group. During her tenure, Boat Group achieved exceptionally strong operational and financial performance and successfully navigated very dynamic market conditions.

Ms. Denari joined Brunswick after spending 20 years in a variety of executive positions within the automotive industry, and in leadership positions at major global consulting firms. From 2014 to 2020, Ms. Denari worked at ZF AG in a variety of roles, including as SVP leading the ADAS (advanced driver assist systems) business, a $1B+ segment within Global Electronics.

Ms. Denari has a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a master’s degree in engineering management from the University of Detroit Mercy and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University. In addition, Ms. Denari has a bachelor’s degree from University College in Dublin, Ireland.

Ms. Denari serves as a Non-Executive Board Director of Masco Corporation, and on NMMA Executive Board.

Brenna D. Preisser

Executive Vice President, President, Brunswick Boat Group

Brenna D. Preisser joined Brunswick Corporation in 2004 and serves as Executive Vice President, President Brunswick Boat Group, responsible for Brunswick’s portfolio of 17 leading boat brands, a position she has held since August 2024.

Ms. Preisser previously led a portfolio of businesses including Freedom Boat Club – the largest boat club operation and subscription business in the industry; financial services; and new ventures such as Boateka, a direct-to-consumer pre-owned boat business and a marine service business which includes a portfolio of marinas, dealerships and boater amenities in the southeast U.S.

Ms. Preisser has been instrumental in reforming company culture and leading business transformation. As Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer in 2016 through 2021, Ms. Preisser played a role in establishing Brunswick as a Forbes best place to work company.

Ms. Preisser has been recognized by the National Association of Manufacturers as a STEP Award honoree and with Boating Industry’s Women Making Waves award.

Ms. Preisser has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ohio University, a Master of Business Administration from Ashland University and a professional certificate in executive finance from Northwestern Kellogg School of Management.
